The DOSINGBOX® pump cabinet is specifically designed to accommodate metering pumps in flow rate ranges from 0 to 400 liters/hour, regardless of the brand of pumps.
DOSINGBOX® is a compendium of innovations for the dosing of chemical products. It protects the operator, secures the installations and preserves the environment from all the dangers inherent to dosing operations by dosing pump:

OPTIONS

  • Anti-pulse balloons are used to reduce vibrations due to pulsating movements caused by diaphragm pumps.
  • The leak detector is used to detect any leaks on the piping that will be inside the enclosure.
  • The FIP screen filter eliminates the risk of solid impurities entering the cabinet.
  • The Alarm Kit is generally slaved to the malfunction of the pumps or to the presence of liquid in the bottom of the box (to be connected by the customer according to his choice of use).
  • The product plate is used to identify the dumping terminal according to the international labelling system for hazardous materials. It is intended to unify the different national systems in force. It allows the liquid to be manually sucked up to the inlet of the cabinet in order to facilitate the priming of the pumps.
  • The heater is used to prevent condensation from forming or the minimum temperature required by the chemical being dosed being exceeded. The built-in fan ensures even air circulation and temperature. The built-in temperature controller allows the temperature to be adjusted
  • Valves allow product to pass from a certain pressure upstream.
