Goed nieuws voor alle industri\u00eblen die zich zorgen maakten over het feit dat Schoeller-Allibert zich heeft teruggetrokken uit de productie van HDPE-tanks, die in heel Europa overbekend zijn.<\/p>\n

EELIX, een Frans-Belgische onderneming, zet deze activiteit nu verder, met alle tools, knowhow en vervaardigingsprocessen volledig ter beschikking. Het vervaardigen van profielwikkeltanks voor de opslag van corrosieve vloeistoffen werd hervat in naleving van de kwaliteitsnormen van Schoeller-Allibert.<\/p>\n

De veiligheid van reactieve producten<\/h2>\n

Aan de hand van doeltreffende technieken mikken we op het ontwerp en de vervaardiging van een ruim assortiment opslagsystemen en -tanks die aan de hoogste industri\u00eble vereisten voldoen (Europese norm EN 12573-2).<\/strong><\/p>\n

De opslag (en circulatie) van Petrochemische vloeistoffen, zuren en alle gevaarlijke, reactieve of corrosieve producten zijn in goede handen.<\/p>\n

Wij blijven tanks voor chemische producten ontwikkelen die de beste op de markt zijn, met het oog op een verdeling over heel Europa.<\/p>\n

De belangrijkste extruder van Europa, overge\u00ebrfd van Schoeller-Allibert<\/h2>\n

Reeds 60 jaar lang genoten de tanks van Schoeller-Allibert de faam dat zij de betrouwbaarste op de markt waren.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Om aan de meest veeleisende behoeften van alle industri\u00eblen te voldoen, hebben wij de beste tools op een nieuwe locatie van 25.000 m2 samengebracht. Onze Schoeller-Allibert rolextruder ontrolt meer dan 600 kg kunststof per uur, op rolhouders met een diameter tot 3,40 m, en produceert tanks met een inhoud tot 100 m3.<\/p>\n

Het wikkelmechanisme geeft de tank een massieve aanblik zonder lasnaden. Een noodzakelijke voorwaarde om chemische producten op een veilige manier te verpakken.<\/p>\n
